Indian openers should be removed early feels Shaheen Afridi

Playing  his first cricket world cup, Pakistan left-arm pacer Shaheen Afridi while talking on Pakistan’s coming up encounters against Australia and India said that it’s important to get early wickets.

19-year-old Afridi was seen pumped up and excited to take on both the teams if given a chance and said that it’s important to remove  Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan as soon as possible.

He said “I want to leave an impact in this world cup. I will try to perform my best for the team.” “I am learning a lot here, it’s a big platform and with tremendous pressure. Since my previous series wasn’t great, I’m working harder with the help of our bowling coach.” He added

Pakistan will play against Australia on Wednesday, June 12, in Taunton for which if provided a place in the team, Afridi says “I will try to get early breakthroughs. Finch’s wicket will be crucial for us.”Pakistan will face India on Sunday, June 16 in Manchester.
